How much does YOUFactors cost?

Contact us to get a quote. It will depend on the number of employees, and we can give you a quote that suits your budget for behavioural safety and/or performance programmes.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we do. Please contact us to get access today.

Will my SafeStart consultant be managing YOUFactors?

You will need to have a dedicated YOUFactors Administrator in order to have direct access for adding users and managing your site for enhanced workplace health, safety and performance.

Do I have to download any software?

No: there’s no software to download. YOUFactors is a hosted online-learning platform and learning-management system.

What languages is YOUFactors available in?

At the moment, YOUFactors is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Hindi and Russian.

GETTING STARTED

How do I login/activate my account?

Once your company’s YOUFactors Administrator adds you to the digital-learning platform, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make your account active. You must take this step immediately as the link on the email is set to expire.

How do I access the app?

YOUFactors is available in both the App Store and Google Play Store. Search for YOUFactors. You might also need to check with your company’s YOUFactors Administrator to get your “Company URL”.

Who do I reach out to if I have issues logging in?

Check first with your company’s YOUFactors Administrator. They can check if there’s something wrong with your login information.

Is there a self-enroll feature for end-users for health and safety training?

At the moment, no.

HOW YOUFACTORS WORKS

What kind of enterprise implementation support do I receive?

A Customer Success Consultant will work with your YOUFactors Administrator at every step from kick-off to go-live.

How long does it take to get YOUFactors up and running?

It takes 2-4 weeks depending on the size of your organisation.

Do you use QR codes?

Yes, we can help you generate a QR code to access the app in general or specific features in the app.

Can we get the course in SCORM format?

Unfortunately, our safety and performance training courses are in a format that can only run on the YOUFactors digital-learning platform.

We have a safety/learning management/communication/near-miss platform. How can this add value to us?

We can help you find strategies on how to incorporate elements of the behavioural-safety programme to your specific situation, but YOUFactors works best when all the safety and performance-training courses and the elements of it are done/practiced in our environment.

IMPLEMENTATION

Our workers do not need/have company workstations or mobile devices for their work. How can they access YOUFactors?

We recommend setting up a kiosk to access YOUFactors. As YOUFactors addresses overall behaviour-based safety and performance, both at home and at work, we recommend using workers’ private phones.

Our workers are not allowed to bring their mobile devices to the shopfloors. How do give them access to YOUFactors?

Other clients set up kiosks or computer stations to access YOUFactors. As some of the practice and microlearning elements take less than five minutes to complete, you can also ask them to complete tasks before they put away their phones.

Our workers do not have company email addresses. Can they still use YOUFactors?

Yes, they can. They can also use their personal email address.

As YOUFactors will be company provided, our workers might not want to put this on their personal mobile phone. They may also want to claim overtime for time spent on YOUFactors. How do we overcome this?

The benefit of YOUFactors extends beyond workplace health and safety: the key is to make them see the personal value. We can work with you on strategies in addressing this.

Our unions might not support the use of private devices for company-mandated apps. How can we overcome this?

As with the previous question, the key is getting the union involved early in the process and helping them understand the personal benefit to employees.

Our workers generally belong to an older generation less exposed to technology. Will YOUFactors work for us?

The process involved in accessing YOUFactors is very simple, but we can help you to work on approaches addressing various levels of readiness. We have other approaches that might work better for your situation.

I want to use YOUFactors for our visitors, vendors, and contractors. How do I get started?

We certainly agree. It is a best-in-class approach to include non-permanent staff in YOUFactors. Our Customer Success Consultant will help you. Contact us, and we can work on a plan on how to get this started.

TECHNICAL FAQ

We are required to run company-purchased applications through our own IT. Our IT team may have some questions. Can you assist?

Absolutely. Send us a checklist that we can respond to, or we can set up a call with our technical team.

Do you provide support?

What are the system requirements to use YOUFactors?
As it is an online-learning platform for optimised viewing, a broadband or fibreoptic internet connection is recommended. YOUFactors makes every effort to test and support the most recent versions of all browsers and recommends using the latest stable versions as laid out below:

SECURITY FAQ

Is my data safe and secure?

Yes. All YOUFactors accounts are password protected. In addition, when you’re online using this digital-learning platform, you are protected by an SSL (HTTPS) secure connection. Our core database and servers are hosted in world-class data centres operated and managed by AWS.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes, we are GDPR compliant.

Do you support Single Sign-On?

At the moment, no. But reach out to us, and we can look into adding it to our product enhancement priorities.

Where is the data stored?

It depends on the region and governing regulations. In the EU, the data centre is located in Frankfurt, Germany.
